"All American" Renewed for Eighth & Final Season at The CW

"All American" has scored an eighth and final season on The CW.

No premiere date has been set, but The CW says the episodes will air in 2026.




“How do I condense into just a few words what would be the longest love letter to this show, the fans, the cast, crew, staff, and producers?” showrunner and executive producer Nkechi Okoro Carrol said in a statement.

“My heart is so filled with love and gratitude for everyone who helped bring All American to life and kept it going for its historic run. It is so hard to say goodbye to the thing that you love, but we are so excited we get to do it in the way we envisioned with this final season. Thank you to Brad Schwartz, Channing Dungey, Brett Paul, and Greg Berlanti for supporting our vision. The eighth and final season will kick off with a two-hour premiere episode on June 22. A week before, The CW will air an “hour-long celebration” titled All American: The Final Season Special. The special will chronicle “the journey of the characters who captured the hearts of viewers both on and off the field. The tribute will look back at the show’s most memorable moments, relationships, and milestones, honoring the legacy of a series that has resonated with audiences and redefined the modern sports drama,” says The CW.
