When he got his restaurant in season 7 he still had to pay rent to Angelino and always threatened by Angelino that he wasnt going to renew his lease. Then once TC ended he had to still deal with Mr. Bradford as the owner of the building. Why couldnt Jack become the sole owner of the building once TC ended which would have eliminated mr. bradford altogether.

Angelino should have been phased out once he gave jack the restaurant. It wasnt anyone bossing him around so Jack should have been bossing someone around at his place
