I just watched the segment with the psychic Noreen Renier, who could see from the victim's point of view. She helped solve the murder of an elderly couple, and their grandson was later arrested thanks to her work. She also helped catch the killer of the owner of a Chinese bakery.
Whether or not you believe in psychics, the segment was compelling, and they did crack the cases. It also contains one of the most unintentionally funny moments in UM history when she described the murder. "I've been SHOT in the FAAACE." There's nothing funny about the murder, but her delivery was unintentionally funny because it was so dramatic.

Noreen is 88 years old and doing well. I do believe Noreen has a gift. the gift of sight is often very scary for the person experiencing it. Noreen used her talent to help a lot of people.
I had my own experience with a psychic that made me a believer. A co-worker of mine and I were talking and she told me she went to see this amazing psychic. She told me her name and I thought nothing of it. A year later I was at a lecture for school and that very psychic was a guest speaker at my school. I met her and when she met me she said to me: "You're making a mistake staying you should take that job". It stopped me in my tracks. I had turned down a job the week before because I was dating someone new and didn't want to move. I called HR the next day and inquired if the job was still available. I got that job and my entire life changed; promoted 3 times in 5 years. I became a homeowner and I was financially stable for the first time in many years. I was working part-time gigs prior to this and never making more than 20-25K.

Glad to hear she is doing well.
That psychic of yours sounds like she was right on the money, pun intended. There is no way she could have known about your situation. It's great that it worked out so well for you.

Yes I believe some of them truly have the gift of sight.

Noreen Renier, to me, is one of the more genuine psychics. I feel without her help, authorities may have not solved these cases quick enough. A number of the psychics on the show annoy me, but she is one of the good ones.

Some of the other psychics might be debatable, but yes, i think she's genuine.

I don't buy any of them being 'psychic'.
However.. I do have to say that I certainly can't explain her accuracy.
I did a lookup on her misses.. Which.. Obviously get far less publicity than her hits.. There are some out there, but.. Certainly not to the level of.. what was that woman's name? Sylvia something. Sylvia Browne?
This woman, the best explanation I can come up with is she's a Shawn Spencer type. highly observant.
