I totally agree with you. If Freddie were still living, he would be the host of the tonite show. Nothing against Jay, but Freddie is definitely all that. Also, good luck on EBAY. I have had my book for years. I bought it the first time when it came out, and then years later I (like a complete and total dumba--) decided to get rid of my Freddie stuff. I mean I had magazines from 16, Tiger Beat, Globe, Star, National Enquier. Now, who knows how true that stuff was, but I liked the pictures of Freddie. I even had some of him holding Freddie Jr. Now, I wish I had those back. I got the book that his mother had written back in 1994, and I also got the Looking Good LP back from a lady who owned a collectibles store. What was exciting about that was she had met Freddie in NYC at I believe Catch a Rising Star. She just told me that she got to shake his hand. She also said that he seem to drink a lot and his eyes were red. Sadly, it sounds like the problems were staring clear back then. Anyway, unfortunatly her story was not as exciting as DeDe's. I am sorry she stopped posting. It is so exciting to hear about Freddie from anyone who had an encounter with him. Especially the romantic ones. Good Luck Cheryl.

Vicki39 - I bet you ARE sorry you got rid of all the Freddie memorabilia. I had a lot of
things like that too but as I got older common sense told me to get rid of them. Thanks to tv-land and everything, my memories of Freddie have been stirred up again and I wish I had saved them. Oh well,
I can make him a new hobby and try to locate as many things as I can again.

I brought all my old memorabilia with me when I got married. Sadly, I didn't think to collect on Freddie back then... Where was I ????

When I got married I was just a Monkees, JohnTravolta, Shaun Cassidy fan & brought all my stuff on them & my records & 8-track tapes/cassettes etc with me. The I became a fan of my friend Arlo the singer. Now I'm into Chico/Freddie & regretting I didn't buy any stuff of him other than what I bought on the Monkees, Travolta & Casssidy which had him in it. 25 yrs too late for me... ;(
