It typically aired on low powered stations (https://web.archive.org/web/19971008055026/http://www.n1.com/affiliate.htm) across the United States.
There's very scant information about it (https://www.retrojunk.com/forum/3/39318/n1-satellite-network) online from what I could see thus far. Here is an archived link to the official Network One website in all of its '90s web design glory:

I guess that I should add a "CONTENT WARNING" for some of these videos since Network One tended to show spicy 1-900 number ads and other types of programming (https://groups.google.com/g/rec.video.satellite/c/Iji39NKyg3E/m/SFfYVUjdTG4J) featuring scantly clad (but still clothed) women in bikinis.
