This woman claims she bought a winning lottery ticket worth 2.5 million dollars and put it in a jacket for safe keeping. She then donated the jacket along with other clothes to charity the following week.

I personally don't believe this woman but that is just my opinion. Some parts are so unusual they don't make sense and I believe this woman watched too many episodes of the Golden Girls. What are the chances she is wearing a jacket she is donating the following week? Don't we usually donate older clothes we have not worn in a while? And of all chances she stores a 2.5 million dollar lottery ticket in that jacket. Its clearly possible but this is right out of a script of the Golden Girls.

My hunch is its public knowledge a huge winning ticket sold at this store is unclaimed. People make things up trying to claim it. What do you think?

There is no way she's going to get that ticket, even if it was hers but I don't think she's telling the truth.
