I noticed that some posts that are a little older (maybe a few days) are up above some that were posted sooner. Shouldn't the newest post be up on top?

I think you're talking about the stickies......Those stay at the top for a certain amout of time...

Oh ... How are stickys picked? Are these the ones the board moderators think are the best ? I guess that would be the most logical explanation! ?

Yeah! I agree...I think the original post should be first and the most recent
replys should be next with the oldest post at the bottom...

The sticky threads on this board are done by myself or pavanbadal - mainly for schedule related topics so they are easy to find at a glance and as a reminder.

Thanks.....I think they're a good idea - I'm a little new to this section of the site and didn't notice them until yesterday!
