1993 introduced us to one of Sweden's successful dance-pop groups known as Ace Of Base and who can remember when The Sign became a smash 90's hit? It's hard to believe that The Sign became one of the top selling albums of the 90's. And I didn't even know who Ace Of Base was until I kept seeing the video for Don't Turn Around being played constantly on VH1 and to my surprise Ace Of Base was a great band and when I bought my copy of The Sign I discovered that the original European and Canadian versions were known by the title Happy Nation which was a song from The Sign. Who knew that Ace Of Base would become huge in America due to this album. It's too bad they disbanded after their last album but The Sign showcased Ace Of Base's amazing talents
