Name some.

On Happy Days---
Jack Whippet, host of Big Money

Looked an awful lot like Partridge Family manager Reuben Kincaid. Could have been brothers.

A guy named Bob identified as Williams but listed in the credits as having the last name of Barton who emceed The Mating Game-portrayed by Steve Dunne-on a memorable episode of That Girl.

When Johnny Carson ruled The Tonight Show, he appeared more than once on different parody game shows, but as emcee, all having the same name: Wink Barker.

Ah, going the cartoon route—there are others that the ones I can think of:

Art Lamplighter (caricature of Art Linkletter), “People Are Bunny” with Bugs & Daffy

Daffy Duck, “Truth or AAAAAAAGHHH!” with Porky Pig

Bill Baker (voice of Casey Kasem), “Let’s Make a Right Price”, a “2 Stupid Dogs” episode

“Top Cat” appeared on the game show “King for a Day,” but IIRC the host was named Jack Bailey, the exact name of the emcee for Queen for a Day.

I saw on the MeTV Toons page that an episode of The Jetsons had them appear with the Spacelys on a Family Feud parody, but I didn’t see that one!

Also to keep it live action….

Jay Jackson appeared on the “Honeymooners” episode “The $99,000 Answer,” but I am not sure if he was announced on the air as Jay Jackson or not. Classic Honeymooners ep.

Thank you—WHY I didn’t go there first, I have no idea.

Going another way, one is unforgettable:

SCTV’s Alex Trebel [sic], played by Eugene Levy—an obvious parody of Alex Trebek pre-Jeopardy. However, despite looking like Trebek, Levy was totally opposite of the Alex we know, who had decorum and appeal.

Levy as Trebel/Trebek was master of the slow-burn. Dim-witted contestants got under his skin more and more as the game (whatever the game was, whether Half Wits or Hi-Q) progressed; by the end of the game, he was a raving lunatic!

Plenty available on YouTube.

Steven Keaton hosted an episode of High School Quiz Off on his TV station on Family Ties.

Which seems like a major conflict of interest since 2 of the 6 contestants were his kids Alex and Mallory.
