When you get the general picture out of all the successful movie studios in the world 20th Century Fox has been one of the movie studios that usually gets a hit movie that makes them a bunch of money. But I think when Disney bought them 20th Century Fox ruined their image and they thought just because Disney bought them they could be like Disney. I think why Disney bought 20th Century Fox was so that Disney could develop another film studio like they did with Touchstone Pictures Hollywood Pictures and Miramax Pictures. But pre-Disney 20th Century Fox had box-office hits like Johnson Family Vacation Napoleon Dynamite Independence Day the X-Men movies and others and they dominated the animated movie market with movies like Anastasia Once Upon A Forest Ferngully The Last Rainforest and other movies but in it's prime I think the successful movies for 20th Century Fox were Shirley Temple films and Shirley Temple became 20th Century Fox's top star and made 20th Century Fox a thriving company. But I think 20th Century Fox will indeed launch a new studio and sell the 20th Century Fox pre-Disney movie library to Amazon or Netflix because with streaming becoming popular this may be the smart choice for 20th Century Fox to do
