I don't know if anyone posted about him, but I was really sad to hear that he died. I wonder who's gonna play Dumbledore (sp) now in the Harry Potter movies...no one will play that character as good as he did.

It's going to be weird seeing him in the second Harry Potter movie now. I remember reading somewhere a while ago that he said he was going to be in all the Harry Potter movies. Now they have to find a new Dumbledore and no one will even compare to him. :(

Yeah, it is very sad. :( And an even sadder thing is that he kept rejecting the role of Dumbledore before he finally took it because it wasn't how he wanted to spend the last years of his life.

My daddy told me today, he's gonna be in the upcoming one tho...but I agree, nobody, NOOOOOOBODY, can replace him!!

My daddy said he had like lymphoma (sp?) and he was gonna go on chemotherapy (sp?) and he should have responded to it well, but NEwayz, my daddy said he prolly got an infection or something

I read that they are only going to make 1 more HP movie and that's it. Apparently they want the kids to have the chance to have a normal life.

I heard about it RIGHT as we were watching Harry Potter I was like OMG NO WAY!!!!! It's so sad :crying:

Liza, I think you and I may be the only two who even give a damn about Camelot. However, I agree with you. To me, Richard will ALWAYS be my King Arthur. Well, technically, Andrew is *MY* King Arthur, given it was he who played opposite me in the musical. LOL. That aside, Richard Harris will live on in my heart as I watch Camelot over and over again, fast forwarding through Vanessa's attempts at singing. (Don't get me wrong -- Vanessa Redgrave rocks!)

I have to say, I've never seen Harry Potter *ducks*. I was tempted to watch it for Richard alone... maybe one day. He was such an incredible talent and will truly be missed in the industry. :(
