Probably as the order in which they came out, 1977 movie was the best, as it had the original actors, which always makes it best, then the 1991 movie, the the sequel, the third movie was weird, it seems they attempted to model it more after the TV series and bring the comedy back, but still keeping some of the darkness from the first 2.
