what is there place in the school? now that I am not one anymore I can understand why the sophs at the time hated us so much, they are soooo annoyin and obnoxious....they need to learn their place...and not to talk back to upperclassman or give them dirty looks...is it just my school or anyone elses?

I HATE it when freshman think theyre soooooo cool cuz theyre in hs. Theres this girl i know has been like that since last year when she was in 8th grade. At her 8th grade banquet they took a pic of all the 8th graders to hang up in the library the next year and she had the hugest smile on her face, i can tell it was sayin "LOOK AT ME! IM SO COOL CUZ IM GOIN TO HS!" and last year the 8th graders went to the hs and that day she just happened to wear her "coolest" outfit and she wore alotta makeup and she curled her hair. Whenever the 8th graders did something like have an 8th grade meeting or when they went on the 8th grade trip, it was all she talked about ONLY to the 7th graders. My brother goes to her school now and he says that she tries to act really popular and cool.

actually, the upperclassmen are annoying as hell. They just say random insulting things, even when u don;t know them. And gues whats funny... IM BIGGER THAN ALL OF THEM! hahaha. yeah. right. I mean u guys do. One girl tried to kick my friends head in while they were on the bus, and she didn't even know her. I see nothing wrong with talking back to upperclassmen. they're bitches who think they;re the coolest thing since cheese because they're older than freshman. THEY are the ones that need to be put in their place. And it takes a group of heavy tall girls, like my friends and I, to do just that.

Nobodys insulted me yet, but they harass my friends. im waiting anxiously for them to insult me. I need to beat someone up.

Not all freshmen think they're cool and walk around thinking they own the school. Some of them are scared and intimidated by their new surroundings. Most upperclassmen pick on the freshman because they feel superior to them. Sophmores and Juniors are no better. Seniors should get a little respect but shouldn't have the right to pick on anybody either.

Ya, freshman kind of annoy me when they try and act like they're sooo much better then me when most of them are a couple years younger. I am much more annoyed by sixth graders, though. When I was in eighth grade this group of sixth grade girls sat next to me on the bus and picked on me the whole time-they think it's cool to pick on the older students I guess. I'm not trying to offend anyone-age doesn't matter to me at all it's just certain people get on my nerves.

I don't remember there being any real problem between freshman and upperclassmen when I was in high school, actually thats one of the few things I really liked about my school, there was a lot of comraderie between grades. I'll admit it was pretty annoying when freshman would walk around with an attitude and think they're so cool just because they're in high school. Still it was only a few who acted like that, most were nice and many were nervous and a little intimidated. But I know what you mean about not understanding until you become an upperclassman yourself. Then you realize how young/immature/naive/out of place (i can't decide on the exact word) the freshman seem. But for those of you who are still in high school, remember, freshman are people too, and you were there once, so cut them some slack.

We don't have freshman at our school, so the sophomores are our pests. They're nothing but trouble! We got a letter sent home to us about a month ago that the school already caught 10 people coming to school drunk this year! 10 and only in the end of September! And guess what, they were all sophomores. Last year, they caught 5 kids drunk thoughout the WHOLE year, and just 3 the year before that. It's only been a 2 months of school and our school already looks horrible. The sophomores have no repecst for the school at the people in it. So that's why I don't like the lower classmen at our school, even if they aren't freshman.

Well the upperclassmen aren't all peaches and cream either. They're all "THERE ARE TOO MANY FRESHMAN IN THIS SCHOOL!" when we're in the hallways all pushed up against each other. :p to them.

Freshmen.........SUCK. At MY school anyways. They dressed like prostitutes, thought they were so cool, had NO respect for upperclassmen (when we were freshmen, we were like SCARED of upperclassmen, but the ones we had could care less), broke the rules, and thought they were King s**t. They were friggan monsters *shivers* OMG..especially last year- they were the worse! The girls seriously dressed like whores, it was distgusting. They had no respect for anyone and did whatever they wanted. They were a bunch of punks. Yeah, I couldnt stand half the upperclassmen (let alone my class) either, but the freshman were the worse. some freshmen can be annoying, some of them just try to be really cool and they end up being stupid but i do have many friends that are freshmen and other underclassmen.

ive a few friends who are freshman, but then again ive known them for a while, but they are so obnoxious they talk on their cells with people on different floors and phones arent allowed when school is in session...so its like what are you doin? I mean im not a jacka$$ to them, I gave them directions when they asked..even though some of them randomly knew who I was and I was like thinking "who are you?" but I cant stand so many of them, espcially when they give me dirty looks...i was wearing my friends pirates hat (it was for her oral...), jus chillin, and all these freshman like giving me glares, the only grades i can for the most part stand at my school is the sophs/seniors..

I got along good with some freshman, but other times they did annoy me. Okay, in high school you had 5 minutes to get to class. I usually went to the bathroom and if I had to go to my locker, I'd go to my locker. That left me very little time to get to class. I should also point out that I took a bunch of computer classes all throughout high school. Let me do a crappy example of the hallway. The 1's represent the straight hallway and the dashes represents the computer classes hall.

You get the basic idea. All the upperclassmen always stood beside lockers to converse and talk before class. The freshmen at my school got right in that crosswalk (blocking the hallway to the computer hall) and it just drove me f'n nuts. I'm not talking about 3 or 4 freshmen, I'm talking groups and groups of em. It's a pain in the butt to have to push your way to class. It got on my nerves and it really made the traffic in the hallways clog up.

well, we have uniforms. I've personally notcied the upperclassmen are total whores. Our grade is normal. or Semi Normal.

I don't know why all u upperclassmen think you deserve respect. I can say, personally, I'll never give them any. You might think I'm annoying or a brat... but w/e. I mean... All the sophomores who are 15 think they should be RESPECTED by 14 year olds. We just make fun of them all day. My friend threw one around the bus a little. I hated freshmen when I was a freshman.

Some of them this year are okay. I'm a sophomore in math 1, so I've got 20 some freshman surrounding me third hour, and I can stand 3 of them.

I loved the seniors from last year. I want them to come back. That was the only good thing about freshman year. The seniors. They rocked.

Its just when some 14 year old starts bitching to a 17 year old...yeah, they should be put in their place. I cant speak for everyone but you start to see a maturity/age gap as each freshman class comes in that surprises you because you dont see it as a freshman.

At my school we used to have Rent An Underclassmen Day for spirit week- pretty much upperclassmen could lease a frosh for the day to do whatever they wanted (go to class for them, carry stuff for them do humiliating stuff, whatever they said). Only this years got canceled cause it started to get way out of control.

ima freshman and my brother is a junior so i know all his friends and my moms best friends daughter jessie is a junior and i knew her and all her friends since they were in second grade and my friend abbys brother is a senior and i know all his friends and im the same age as most of the sophomores so no one says **** to me

Tomorow i find out if im a varsity (hacks) cheerleader. if I am, I'll be the tallest cheerleader in the school. That was random. but troo. I think i mite make varsity. they try to have a big team, and not that many people are doing it this yr.

Am I the only one here who goes to a school where everybody knows everybody else? lol... :)

I am a Freshman and i don't have any problems. Like I understand that upperclassmen are gonna pick on us just 'cuz we're the youngest, but it's really not that bad in our school. Like I dont give upperclassmen crap and they don't give me crap. Like i hear them saying man to many freshman but they don't like pick on individuals.
