What do you think it would be like if a maid was hired to clean-up, cook the meals and help the girls, through there trials, and tribulations on the show?

I think It would be interesting, having a maid, sure the girls have Mrs. Garrett to thank for, but what do you think it would be like if a maid was on the show? Maybe it wouldn't make much of a difference, but I think a maid might add a little more comedy, and suspense to the show. A maid might create a interactive relationship between the girls. Just imagine if there was a maid, what do you think would it be like?

Mrs. G is almost like a maid...but i think it would pretty much the same

In the pilot episode of "The Golden Girls," there was a gay housekeeper. We saw how long he lasted! :rolleyes:

Mrs G wasn't there to pick up after the girls, clean, cook, for them. She was like a motherly friend. If anything, the GIRLS should have cleaned up and cooked for Mrs G since she persuaded Mr Harris to let the girls stay above the kitchen, let them live in her house and work in her store, etc.
