Ok, there have been alot of threads about the top episodes from I Love Lucy, The Lucy Show, and Here's Lucy but I've never saw a thread about the top 10 best all time Lucille Ball episodes. So here is my top 10 in no particular order and which show they came from.
Lucy Does a Commercial (I Love Lucy)
Job Switching (I Love Lucy)
Lucy Does an Italian Movie (I Love Lucy)
The Freezer (I Love Lucy)
Lucy and Viv put in a Shower (The Lucy Show)
Lucy Put's up a T.V. Antenna (The Lucy Show)
Lucy Conducts a Symphony (The Lucy Show)
Lucy Meets the Burtons (Here's Lucy)
Lucy is G.N. as a R.N. (Here's Lucy)
Lucy, the Fixer (Here's Lucy)

I'm not correct on the episode names so I'll just say what it's about.
1. Lucy's Italian Movie- Lucy steps on those grapes for whine and gets into a fight with that woman. (I Love Lucy)
2. My Fair Lucy- Lucy helps the Countess with a charm school. (The Lucy Show)
3. Lucy and the Old Mansion- Lucy & Vivian help the Countess fix up an old house so The Countess can entertain her royal friends. My favorite episode out of all them. (The Lucy Show)
4. Lucy and Viv Put In a Shower (The Lucy Show)
5. Lucy and Her Electric Mattress (The Lucy Show)
6. Lucy Flies To London- Her and Mooney are on the plane and Lucy gets nervous. (The Lucy Show)
7. Lucy Helps the Countess- Lucy & The Countess try to get Mooney to buy an apartment and get locked inside. (The Lucy Show)
8. Breaking the Lease (I Love Lucy)
9. Lucy Tells the Truth- Lucy bets she can tell the truth for 24 hours. (I Love Lucy)
10. Lucy Does the Tango- Lucy has eggs in her shirt and Ricky doesn't know it and dances with her and they break. (I Love Lucy)

That's a geat list. I absolutely loved The Lucy Show episodes that featured the Countess. Those were great. "My Fair Lucy" (episode #79) is one of my favorite episodes out of the entire The Lucy Show series.
Side Note: "Lucy and the Old Mansion", episode #84 of The Lucy Show was the last episode of the third season and the
last episode to feature Vivian Vance as a regular on the show.
