By this point, the show mostly abandons Jack and Ross while Jenny is entirely gone. Also, Tiffany seemed to become a mouthpiece for stupid complaints from the writers that most people wouldn't ever empathize with. And at the end of just about every other episode, she has a big speech that's more for an appeal to the audience than anyone in-show. At one point, they literally grab her a soapbox to stand on, so at least someone was self aware.
