I have put together a petition to TVLAND on the internet asking them to move CHICO & THE MAN to a better timeslot. I put it on the Petitions Online Petition thing where the petition to stop the split screen is. The urrl link to the petition is:

It asked what date did I want to end the peitition & I wasn't sure when to end the petition so I picked June 1 as the ending date. Figured that should give us enough time to get lots of signatures & get it to them about time of the CHICO episodes to be re-run again...

The way the peititon that you can make on their site work, all people have to do to sign it is go to the site & it has on there where to sign etc. You can refer folks to the website with the petition on it. Since I hadn't seen a petition anywhere else, I just took the bull by the horns & decided to do one myself. If it's not done right or something, my apologies. I wrote on some TVLAND message boards about it on AOL so hopefully folks will see ti there & sing it. It appears there are on there some folks there who are dismayed at the bad time change & some folks are upset about MY FAVORITE MARTIAN being moved to an earlier timeslot & now only being shown once a day instead of twice a day. I don't blame them I love to watch my FAVORITE MARTAIN too. They put some good ones on at weird hrs. It's so sad to see BARRETTA (No offence to that show or Robert Blake) on at midnite. I just signed the petition-make that #26 !!! Let's keep going-we can do it!! I remember a while back when the fans worked miracles with NBC to change Quantum Leaps time slot back to its original one-they flooded the network with letters,phone calls and petitions- so we all have work to do-let's get to it!!!!

I read on some of the TVLAND message boards on AOL where they are gonna change their programming lineup for May. And maybe Oct too with I LOVE LUCY coming on there in Oct. Nice to see LUCY again since I can't get NICK@NITE. Sure hope they don't get rid of CHICO. They get rid of good shows after awhile. If they ever get rid of CHICO, new petition time & anger time. If I find out anymore on the new May Schedule I'll let everyone know.
