Stam Fine Reviews looks at Star Trek: The Next Generation's Second Season. It was a year of turmoil behind the scenes which lead to a lot of really ordinary episodes, much like the first year. However, there were also some absolute gems in there such as Measure of a Man, Matter of Honor, Samaritan Snare, Q Who, etc. Dr Pulaski joins the crew as well as Guinan in Ten Forward.
