Following speculations the "Supernatural" duo will appear in Prime Video’s "The Boys", Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins announced on Wednesday that they have booked guest appearances in the fifth and final season.

They will appear with their "Supernatural" co-star Jensen Ackles, who joined "The Boys" in Season 3. Details on their roles are under wraps.

Jared Padalecki is teasing his on-screen reunion with his former "Supernatural" co-stars on the final season of "The Boys".

“I don’t know a whole lot about it, which is terrifying,” Padalecki told Business Insider during the 2025 Texas Film Awards.



Padalecki confirmed he will share the screen with Ackles.

“I don’t know what we’re doing. I don’t know if we like, bump into each other. I don’t know much about it. They’re still trying to write and figure out who’s gonna be there. But it’ll be the end of this month.”

Jensen Ackles recently teased his reunion with "Supernatural" co-stars Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins ahead of the Prime Video series’ concluding episodes, for which their characters have not yet been revealed.

“We see each other more often than you would think — honestly, at least once a month,” he told People.



“It was weird. It was like inviting my friends over to somebody else’s house for dinner. I was like, ‘Listen, guys, don’t make me look bad. I got to stay here.’ They were amazing.

I can’t wait to talk more about it because it was quite an experience.”
