It has been announced that the long anticipated sequel to the Spawn movie will be released. The sequel to Spawn will be King Spawn and will be possibly released Summer 2026. Jamie Foxx will be returning as Spawn and also Jeremy Renner will be in this movie too. I didn't even know that Jeremy Renner was gonna be in this movie so I wonder how my two favorite actors can work together as a duo. But I think King Spawn will be a hit judging by how long it has been in development

However, two months into 2025, there’s been no movement on filming for the King Spawn movie, let alone a concrete release date from Blumhouse Productions. When asked about the status of the film in an exclusive chat with Heroic Hollywood, Spawn creator Todd McFarlane himself didn’t seem to have a firm answer for when the project would finally hit the big screen.

“You know, I’m not I’m not familiar enough with Hollywood to understand the lead times, right? We’re already into 2025, so by the time you know, we get that script done, we get the the sale done, you get the budget, you find your location. The chances of anything happening in 2025 is like almost nothing, right?”

I only found out about King Spawn because Jeremy Renner is apparently gonna be in it and he will costar with Jamie Foxx and when I was looking at the latest Jeremy Renner news on Youtube the trailer for this movie popped up
