Will and Grace Fanatic 10-22-2002, 01:22 PM I suggest they get rid of PAX all together. It is the number 7 network out of 7. Cable networks get better ratings then PAX does.
dlemond 10-22-2002, 04:41 PM What is up with PAX?
I just checked their schedule and they don't air any of the shows you suggested except for the gameshows.
You'd have better luck and be more realistic by suggesting these shows for TVLand.

Last time I checked, people had a right to post whatever they wanted too. And if you hate them so much why do you read them?!?!?! Especially this one if you hate Pax? You do have a right to skip over them you know.
oldshows 10-22-2002, 10:55 PM I would love to see Pax bring back Here's Lucy.

I strongly disagree. I like PAX because it focuses on families unlike cable, nbc, etc. You'll never see Pax air that gay sitcom....???Oh yeah, Will and Grace. You don't have to worry about Pax showing something that's disturbing.

Will And Grace is disturbing?? ROFL. There are plenty of "heterosexual" shows on tv that are actually more gay than W&G can dream of being. Sex And The City and Buffy come to mind. Most gay guys I know don't even watch W&G, they see it as whitewashed homosexuality (for a show that's supposedly so progressive, why have we always seen Grace with her bfs in bed, but never seen Will in a bedroom with a gay guy?), compared to a show like Queer As Folk and Six Feet Under that respects it's gay characters, instead of just using the fact they aren't sleeping with women as what defines them as "gay".
It's 2002... the Falwell era is over. There is a reason why Cher and Barbra are still superstars while Anita Bryant is long forgotten..... because Cher and Barbra embraced their gay fans, while Anita spit on them.
Homophobia sucks. Gays hate you guys (as in homophobes and right-wingers) just as much as you guys hate us.

Will and Grace disturbing?
That is quite funny, you big homophobe.
Looks who's afraid of the big bad gay people.
Oh, if you're not careful, you may get some gay on you and turn into a homosexual.
You need to grow up and smell reality.
And give people the respect you would want them to give to you. I'd hate to ask what your racial views are.
And by the way, I'm not gay.

ROFL, I agree.
I could see where a heterosexual could find Queer As Folk shocking and disturbing (the reason I probably liked it so much that first season was because I couldn't believe what I was watching.... but I got tired of the second season fast).... but Will And Grace? LOL Same people who find W&G disturbing are the same people who complained about Ross and Rachel having a baby out of wedlock on Friends.
