How can anyone do a presentation on this topic without Woody Johnson being on the top of the list. 9 winning seasons in 25 years, 6 playoff appearances (no Super Bowls) in 25 years in a league where 43.7% of the teams makes the playoffs each season. The current longest drought between playoff appearances not just in the NFL but all of professional sports, a winning percentage of .428 since he purchased the team. And I think, and I hate to say this, they've blown it again with their most recent head coaching hire and the 2025 for quarterback plan, trying to pick up Justin Fields.

I wonder why it's taken me a bit to get to Stepien. His three years running the Cleveland Cavaliers (into the ground) are among some of the most infamous in the history of the NBA. One that is often overshadowed by a certain Sterling individual. I think it's time we give this guy the spotlight.
