I have never watched an episode of Baywatch in my life, but the one with Bob Denver and Dawn Wells in their roles as Gilligan and Mary Ann will be on TNN on 3/4 at 11 am and again that night at 2am. At least, according to TNN's schedule on their website, it will be. I've been wanting to see that, LOL.

Oh my God, you'll love it! Especially taking into mind the fanfic you just wrote.... **evil laughter** It's utterly adorable. LOL. Some parts you just wanna groan at the TV, but...it's good. I'm a little obsessed. Eeee! I'm not ruining it for you.... LOL.

Umm, make that March 3, not the 4th.

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it--I just hope I don't get busy and forget it, LOL.

Oh my gosh! I love The Baywatch Episode! Out of all of Bob Denver's guest appearances this one has to be the best. Some only show him for a few minutes (like the Roseanne episode) but in this particular appearance he's in like the whole thing. Any Bob Denver fan will love it. ;)

Hi! I really like your website--I visit it periodically.

I've never seen this episode--as a matter of fact, I didn't even know it existed until a few months ago. That's why I've been watching TNN's website schedule--to make sure I didn't miss it, LOL.

I think it originally aired back in 1992 or 1993. One of the characters of Baywatch apparently has a dream that he meets Gilligan and Mary Ann--I haven't seen the episode yet, just heard about it.

Hope this helps.

Well, I finally saw it, LOL. There were a few times that I thought, "gee, this is stupid", but overall, it was cute. I see why Courtney wrote a fanfic alternate ending--I wanted to see more of Gilligan and Mary Ann after they left in the boat, not the Baywatch folks--who cares about them? LOL.

Something else--I don't mind seeing an aging *Bob Denver*, but it kinda hurts to see an aging Gilligan. I made sure I didn't miss the afternoon showing of GI, just so I could quit picturing a 50-something Gilligan, LOL.

Heheh. I knew you'd enjoy it. So cute. Yeah, parts were kinda stupid, but it wouldn't be GI-ish if it wasn't.

Now, did Julie remember to tape it at 2 am?? Hee.

"Thank you, Eddie, that was very instructive. I can't wait to show Gilligan." Heee! **dies** Oh, the scandal...

LOLOLOL!!!!!
that was GREAT!!!! (as if you couldn't tell.....Julie remembered to tape it)

i loved it....absolutely loved it. it DID have some semi-stupid stuff....but i loved how they focused the whole show around the GI theme.....instead of just adding a little thing with them as guest stars and having an actual Baywatch plot....which it didn't. lol.
they did a WONDERFUL job of portraying the characters. of course i'm very critical of anyone who does Proffy's role....but he was great. lol....right down to the facial expressions, and even how he sleeps. and "Mr. Howell" was great too.

one thing disturbed me (ok, two things actually)....one thing was that there was no Lovey!!! Eddie was the millionaire's wife in the wheel. *raises eyebrow* ooookkaaayyyy.....lol. really...some Howell togetherness would've been nice....but....it was still great.

the other thing was what iDOhavealife said.....Gilligan and Mary Ann were old. it was....a little strange. but....it was still great. lol.

i loved it i loved it i loved it!!!

"Ginger": "but what if i don't get the part in the movie?"
Gilligan: "you'll get used to that, being shipwrecked."
*laugh track*
Eddie: "what was that?"
Gilligan: "you'll get used to that too"

LOL!

i loved it!!!.....did i mention that?

Yeah, I liked the little exchanges like the one above. The other one was when he said the hut looked awfully small, and Gilligan said it was bigger inside than outside--"are you sure?" "Trust me." LOL!
