In the 1980's Dunkin Donuts created a character specially designed for their commercials named Fred The Baker and Fred would always be thinking like The White Rabbit in Alice In Wonderland with his signature catchphrase "Time To Make The Donuts" and how Dunkin Donuts came up with these commercials i'll never figure out? Fred The Baker was seen in Dunkin Donuts commercials until the start of the 90's but has become a popular commercial icon of pop culture. I don't know who played Fred The Baker but whichever actor played him made him funny. It's surprising that Dunkin Donuts doesn't do these kind of commercials today but looking at these commercials will remind you of how fast food restaurants made a giant impact in the 1980's
