It must exist somewhere, because theres older threads on this forum from people saying they have all of season 1 and 3 but not 2. And threads from people saying they have almost all of season 2. I figure these people must still exist or maybe somebody has collected everything they have all together at some point. These eps gotta be somewhere.

You asked for a "complete run". Not 1 season here, couple episodes there.
The answer too your original question is, nope, doesn't exist.

Yes, perhaps there is a set out there that is mostly complete. But that wasn't the question. ;)
