"House of the Dragon" Casts James Norton as Ormund Hightower in Season 3

James Norton (The Nevers) has been tapped to portray Ormund Hightower in Season 3 of HBO‘s "House of the Dragon", Deadline has learned.

Ormund, who was referenced in Season 2 but never appeared on onscreen, is then nephew of Otto (Rhys Ifans), cousin to Alicent (Olivia Cooke) and Gwayne (Freddie Fox) and the Lord of Oldtown. He is presently leading the Hightower forces in a march on King’s Landing to support his house against Rhaenyra (Emma D’Arcy).
