View Full Version : Anyone can whistle...
Montana Ponine 10-19-2002, 05:47 PM Sorry, just thinking of the song. Anyway. This might be a dumb question, but can you whistle? I might be the only one that can't. My four-year-old cousin just learned how and now she whistles constantly and thinks it's hysterically funny that I'm THIRTEEN and I've never learned how. She even tried to teach me but it didn't work, lol.

Penny Lane 10-19-2002, 07:05 PM I am 52 years old and have never been able to whistle! Don't feel bad but I read somewhere that being able to whistle is hereditary. You either have it or you don't! I don't!:(

I dunno. I used to not be able to whistle at all, but I kinda practiced and caught on to it. Maybe I'm one of those exceptions. LOL!

¤I Love Clay Aiken¤ 10-19-2002, 08:10 PM I can whistle...but only by blowing IN. Blowing out like everyone else just gets me lightheaded. It sucks though because I cant whistle like notes or anything..and like every 2 seconds I have to stop and take a breather.
Sean Snow 10-19-2002, 08:12 PM I can't whistle or blow bubbles using bubblegum. I've just never been able to do either

ponytail 07-27-2021, 06:15 AM I can whistle but it doesn't come out loud. I've always wanted to whistle using my two fingers but I just can't. My dad could whistle loud. The one thing I can't do is snap my fingers. I get nothing.
PhoenixAcres 07-28-2021, 08:52 PM I can whistle but I didn't learn how until I was around 16.
