I was in public schools for 13 years, K through 12. I really don't recall anything that would be considered an "incident" -- except in my first year of high school (9th grade), there was a small fire one morning that prompted evacuation of the building. Everyone went home for the rest of the day.

Even a really big fat domestic cat is much smaller than a mountain lion. Did they think it was a baby lion?
