Maybe it's just me but I love the way he looks in these last episodes. When he wears his suits, he looks like he belongs on the cover of GQ! I'm trying to think of someone today who's as HOT and nobody comes close. Freddie had it all. He was funny, handsome, smart, witty, could mimic anyone and if you watch closely in some scenes when he's doing an impersonation, you can see Jack Albertson trying not to smile 'cause the scene doesn't call for it, but he can't help it http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

He was so sweet too. Little things he would do in a scene where he was being tender or romantic with a girl...like bending down to kiss her hair when he'd hug her (he was always bending down to kiss them....all 6'2" of him. Whew!!!

I guess cuz I lived back then & things were like that. The red Duster car in todays episode, my hubby used to have oen just like it. I am so glad TVLAND put the show back on. I hadn't seen it since the 70's & was so glad to find out there was a marathon on it. I watched it & enjoyed it. I kept on watching after that & then recently POW, I REALLY started getting into the show. It's a fun show! My hubby now thinks I have a thing for Freddie. I told him well he is cute & if you can like Rosie O'Donnell, I can think a PuertoRican is cute LOL! By the way, I did go on a vacation trip to Puerto Rico once with my parents back before CHICO came on. 72 I think. It was nice.

He had THE sexiest smile-even though he didn't have the prettiest teeth in the world. I think little imperfections like that make a guy all the more sexy! MMMMMMM... One thing, though...no offense to the women who played on the show with him, but none of them seemed as good looking as Freddie; and some looked to be older than him. (Chico and some of his girlfriends seemed like odd couples.) It's probably just my imagination, though. Maria was pretty, but seemed like she was in her late 20's or early 30's. I haven't been catching a lot of the later shows since TV Land moved the show to such a STUPID time... LOL!

Oh, I loved his teeth. I Thought they were sexy...imperfections are nice. The dimples, the mustache, the teeth...yep, a nice, complete set. Just right for everything a mouth does...hehehe!! Sorry, I just couldn't help myself.

About the gap in Freddies teeth, if I remember my Chaucer from college lit, in the Canterbury Tales, the Wife of Bath had a gap in her front teeth that Chaucer made some pretty sexual illusions to. It's quite a turn on for me to see Freddie's gap. I have one, too. The dentist has tried to fix mine for years, but I always say, No Way Jose! Viva la gap! OOOOHHH FREDDIE BABY!!! RE: his teeth--does anyone know about when he got them fixed? I can't pin it down as to in what episode it becomes obvious, but if you look at the picture on this site and others on Yahoo, it's clear they were capped or something.

It's funny, I guess I'm noticing a lot of things about him this time around that I probably missed in the 70's. I loved him then but I'm sure I never noticed the changes or the weight loss or anything else back then. I just posted a message on the writers thread and struck upon something that pertains to this one as well. We were all going on and on about Freddie's teeth looking different...did anyone remember that drugs like coke and crank wreak havoc on the teeth? They eat away at the enamel and damage the roots. Drugs also make your hair weak and brittle. So, it's my guess that his teeth were worked on due to the drug use.
