In my younger days I used to work at Waffle House as a grill cook for about a year. The work was kind of hard as one have to stand on their feet for about 7 hours, and pay attention as orders were called out instead of being written out. Weekends and holidays were hectic as Waffle House never closes, even during chaotic snow storm.

The main menu is geared toward breakfast items with eggs, bacon and hash brown as the big seller. I have flipped so many eggs (over medium being most popular) that probably could flip eggs in my sleep :D

That place sure could use alot of help. They are always short on workers as employees turnover rate is great. I guess that is true for all the fast food places.
