In episode 51 "In Your Hat"

Ed refuses to have necessary surgery unless he finds his lucky hat which was stolen, while trying 2 turn off the radio, he knocks over the mirror and of course we all no the old saying.. 7 years bad luck and it would be. With in 7 years both Jack and Freddie die and the show starts going 2 hell. How ironic is that...

I know what you mean. What scares me is the constant "Rest in Peace" wreaths that keep popping out in various episodes.

What freaks me out is in one of the Raul episodes Ed complains that there is so much noise in the garage that they are getting complaints from Forest Lawn cememtery. That's where Freddie was buried less than a year (perhaps only months) earlier.

Creepy, isn't it???

Croiter - I saw that episode and it scared the pants off me. Whenever they speak of death or dying or anything I get chills.

I wonder if Chcico was buried there the way Freddie was? That is strange a Rest In Peace wreath being on the show before he died in real life...

How about the episode where Ed supoosedly died and at the end he said to chico..."GOOD NIGHT SWEET PRINZE"???? How weird is that??

That is strange. & That's odd he'd use Freddies real name instead of the Chico name on the show. Look like some weird coincidences happened before he died...

I agree with you........ It's like they were making him paranoid or something! It's a shame.......

Man that's terrible. I hope they didn't add to his problems...

Does anybody remember the one episode where Chico talked about dying or being buried, or the kind of funeral he wanted to have and Ed said, "Stop talking like that. You're too young to die."

Yes, but I can't remember exactly which one it was. It seems there are more and more references to death the closer Freddie's departure becomes--it's so hard to take!

Speaking of weird references to death on the show, what about the first episode, where Ed Brown yells "Drop dead!!" and Chico falls limply to the floor??? weird!! http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/frown.gif

This is the first time I have read this thread...and y'all are creepin' me out. This is so sad and tragic. Freddie must have talked to Jack or someone else on the show about the thoughts he was having...I dunno.
This whole thing makes me wanna cry.

That is 5the episode where they think ed is dead and ed is sad because he thinks no one came to his funeral so chico gives him a funeral and then Chico asks ed what would you say for me if i died?

Freddie may have sacrificed. Too many creepy coincidences. I don’t put anything pass hollyweird.
