Knowing that you still like VHS tapes, I was flipping thru Youtube videos and found this video that you might like. This guy visited an abandoned antique mall and found thousands of VHS movie tapes and music records still on the shelves. The records might be beyond the repair, but majority of VHS tapes still seems to be in good condition :)
