Not wanting to heat up the whole oven just to re-heat couple of slices of pizza, I usually use the microwave oven since it is the most convenient and quickest way. But the end result is always pizza tasting rubbery with floppy crust. So was watching couple of videos on Youtube that suggested using skillet method to heat up pizza. And what a difference it made. The cheese and toppings melted nice and the crust came out very crispy like it came fresh out of the oven.
And the method is real simple:
Just put the skillet over medium heat till it is hot. Then add pizza slices to the pan, put cover on the pan and turn down the heat to low, and cook for 10 minutes. And there you have it. A pizza crust that actually make "crunchy" sound when consumed :)
