does anyone know whatever happened to Anthony Thompkins, who used to play willis' friend Vernon on Different Strokes?...and also, i am trying to find out if there is a website for him, as well as Don Stroud, ..also seeking website info on the show "The White Shadow"...help????!!!!!!

Last I saw of Anthony Thompkins I was checking out the 4th season dvd of 21 Jump Street. Imdb has a death date for him in 1988, but that episode of 21 Jump Street was from over a whole year after he supposedly died. I assume he's still around, but I haven't seen him in anything else.

There's not much online on The White Shadow, I've been looking. Probably the best place for info is the White Shadow discussion board here on SO (http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/forumdisplay.php?f=635). You might find some helpful info in the discussions, and links to any articles I usually post whenever I find them.

I have a hard time believing he was born in 1954. IMDB's info is way off for him and they've erroneously listed him as being dead for years. That would have made him 25-26 on Diff'rent Strokes. 1964 is more likely.
