Meet Rodney Ramona Rhonda and Randy Reindeer. For those of you who are curious to know who these reindeer are they were featured in a 1987 Christmas commercial for Burger King as part of a special Christmas promotion. When you bought a Burger King Value Meal one of these plush reindeer was yours and this plush reindeer family was so adorable and Burger King had a winner on their hands with this set of reindeer plushies and each week a different reindeer plushie was offered. During the 1980's and 1990's Burger King used to have plush characters and they repeated it with Disney puppets beginning with the Toy Story puppets and The Hunchback Of Notre Dame puppets based on the movie. I wonder why Burger King stopped having plush characters as promotions today? But did you ever own this plush reindeer family set as a child?
