Per his IMDB entry, Hugh Marjoe Ross Gortner, at age 4, was and is the world's youngest Ordained Minister, the elder of 2 boys born to Vernon Gortner, an Evangelical Minister, and Marge Gortner, both of whom pushed 4-year-old Marjoe into following Vernon into Preaching as a Pentecostal Minister; by the time he was 16, however, in 1960, Marjoe grew acutely disillusioned with what he KNEW was a horrible and terrible deception and eventually became a mainstream film and television actor, eventually appearing as a regular on TV's "Falcon Crest" during the Fall 1986 TV season.
Frankly, I'd like to see just HOW a "witnessing" event between the tall, lanky, 6-foot-2, 81-year-old Marjoe Gortner and the short, 5-foot-7, 55-year-old Kirk Cameron go down; maybe Marjoe could talk some sense into ol' Kirk while empathizing a bit too well with his circumstances being the reverse Kirk.
