South Park has done their fair share of multi-part stories over the years, obviously dropping MANY 2 part episodes, but despite their success with 3-parters, they’ve only done a small handful of Trilogies. And while stories like Imaginationland or their massive Superhero Saga seem to get a ton of attention from the fanbase, I don’t see nearly as many people hyping up season 17’s Black Friday Trilogy. A pseudo-prequel to their hit video game Stick of Truth, the Black Friday Trilogy actually has a LOT going for it, poking fun at Game of Thrones, satirizing the consumer culture around Black Friday and wrapping it in a fun Xbox vs. PlayStation Console Wars package.
