He always posts birthday wishes at midnight Eastern time with robotic precision. He doesn't think to scan the base first.

He has his timezone set as Eastern. He must have seen it while logged out as a guest or he looked at the Calendar.

Sometimes the BirthdayBot will glitch and post them before midnight.

He always posts birthday wishes at midnight Eastern time with robotic precision. He doesn't think to scan the base first.Ah man!!

BirthdayBot was fine with no glitch and right on time.

The problem was a certain poster, posted at 11:24pm (EDT) on Dec 6 (before Cactus Jack's Birthday) , with a "Birthday Thread" for Cactus Jack, who's birthday is Dec 7.
Then that same poster made a "BIG DEAL" when BirthdayBot made the post at midnight on Dec 7 like it always does!
