LYMAN BACK TO DAYTIME
Emmy winner Dorothy Lyman makes a cameo appearance as Naomi, a maid who interacts with Dusty on As the World Turns, on Aug. 23. Lyman took home the outstanding supporting actress statue for her comical portrayal of Opal Gardner on All My Children in 1982. She also played Bonnie Roberts on The Bold and the Beautiful and Gwen Frame on Another World. Most recently, Lyman appeared on the New York stage in the one-woman show My Kitchen Wars.

Wouldn't that be cool if she appeared as Naomi Harper? But I doubt it since Naomi didn't exactly excel at housework!Naomi..........a maid?!:rofl:

Actually when she was Opal on All My Children, Opal was a maid when she first came on.

I wasn't watching AMC at that time but my sister did. She always referred to her as "Tacky Opal.":lol:
