The woman's name was Barbara and she was the one who Fonzie decided to pour his heart out to about his leaving Ashley and Heather to see if they could reconcile things with Ashley's ex-husband and Heather's father. (And yes, I cried when Fonzie cuddled up beside this woman who wasn't Ashley)

I can't begin to tell you Barbara's RL name, but I know I know her, just can't pinpoint where I know her from! :confused: :(
