This is when she was playing Laura in the long defunct soap Love is a Many Splendored Thing. Her husband was played by David Birney (also seen in this ad) and her sister was played by Leslie Charleson (Monica, GH).

That was cool. Donna looked young then. She used to get parts where she was the victim so much. She wanted to play Abby so badly as a change of pace on Knots Landing.

Yeah, she was a lot like Larry Hagman in that they spent much of their careers playing "good" characters, but being prime-time villains put them both on the map!!!! :cool: :D
