I send a request to MeTV Toons. Not that they will respond to it let alone read it. Here's what I sent to them.

Please consider turning Cartoon College into an hour or two hour program, depending on the topic. The program can run in the final hour or two of the Sunday Cartoons All Stars. This would be a similar format like Toon Heads that ran on Cartoon Network.
Topics can include, but not limited to:
WWII propaganda cartoons (with appropriate disclaimers)
The Censored Eleven and other stereotypical cartoons (with appropriate disclaimers). You currently have no problem with running cartoons about Native Americans and run no disclaimers when showing them.
Political cartoons using known cartoon characters.
History of animation, cartoon characters, cartoon directors, cartoon studios, and animation techniques.
Cartoon characters used in advertising ( the products, if still available, can act as the sponsor to these episodes of Cartoon College.
You can use cartoon historians like Jerry Beck to narrate or your current announcers.
The current episodes and new ones of Cartoon College should also continue to run. Some can be used to promote the Sunday night Cartoon College program.

Let me know what you think about this suggestion.
