The site looks kind of incomplete at the moment, or maybe I’m missing something, with so many tv show dvd sets released now and May other things floating around on YouTube or torrents, is it really necessary to bring a site like back, I have thousands of shows, many, many still sitting on beta, vhs, etc that I haven’t had the time to update my list in the last 10 yrs highlander1 11-28-2024, 10:43 AM Good morning, in all of the shows you have collected, do you have any original broadcast episodes of Unsolved Mysteries? siblis 11-28-2024, 08:19 PM Highlander, No, sorry I don’t hyland 12-02-2024, 04:33 AM Highlander, No, sorry I don’t Do you have TV shows to trade? I will send you my list. siblis 12-02-2024, 06:09 AM Yes, I do…..looking for anything in particular? hyland 12-02-2024, 06:50 AM I look for partucular Oxford Road TV show now, but I'm interesting in any musical TV show such as Solid Gold, Late Night with David Letterman, Tonight show, Saturday Night, American Bandstand etc. I have plenty good DVDs and want to upgrade. siblis 12-02-2024, 09:07 AM Send me your email and I’ll send you my tv variety list, I still have a Ton or stuff on vhs and a Ton that has to be listed hyland 12-02-2024, 10:51 AM Send me your email and I’ll send you my tv variety list, I still have a Ton or stuff on vhs and a Ton that has to be listed Yes, the mail is rparissi468@gmail.com darkrage6 05-28-2025, 10:55 PM It’s not the original site that was around 15 yrs ago, in fact I couldn’t even figure out how to post any ads, reply to any of the wanted posts, do you need to open an account? Yes it's true sites like Ioffer are much less necessary now with a lot more stuff being on streaming and DVD, but there are still a fair amount of shows that only exist through TV recordings so I think the site is still useful for that occasion(I ordered the season 2 episodes of Malibu, CA that they have as season 2 isn't on streaming yet). One cool thing is that now they give you the ability to download stuff you order, so you can do that as a cheaper option without having to pay for shipping and it's more convenient. I wasn't even aware that brought Wanted posts back, on the original site I almost never got any luck with anyone replying to the numerous Want Ads I put out there, I think maybe 2-3 times I got lucky enough to get a reply but many of the numerous other ones I put up went unanswered. jeff1990 05-28-2025, 11:07 PM Sorry for the late reply, having just ordered something I can say that no you don't need to be a member to do so. Indeed it was, I still have a number of sets I got from Ioffer which i'm open to trading or selling if anyone on here is interested. jeff1990 05-29-2025, 04:28 PM Indeed it was, I still have a number of sets I got from Ioffer which i'm open to trading or selling if anyone on here is interested. I appreciate that. 😊 I used to collect a lot of movies thanks to offer but with torrents and what not, it's pretty easy. I mainly collect workprints and tv cuts of films. VeteranTrader 06-02-2025, 09:39 AM I got a lot of specials there maybe 15 years ago, some rare tv movies, and some episodes of rare shows such as Tales of the Unexpected and The Sixth Sense, full hour episodes. And other things over the years. thejasoomian 12-28-2025, 05:56 PM I used to buy a lot on the old Ioffer site. Thanks for the heads-up! jeff1990 12-29-2025, 11:32 AM iOffer was good when it came to finding movies that I couldn't find on torrents or whatever back in the day. A lot of what I couldn't find back then is now easier to find. But it was always good searching up the site and reading feedback on the sellers. |
