Emmy & Tony-Award winning actress Helen Gallagher has died at the age of 98. An accomplished stage actress, she is perhaps best known to audiences for her portrayal of bar owner Maeve Ryan on the ABC soap opera Ryan's Hope, on which she starred from 1975-1989. She won three Emmy Awards for Best Actress for her role as the tender but strong matriarch on the beloved daytime drama.
