View Full Version : Townies Notorious 10-13-2002, 05:12 PM (It aired in 1996)This show pretty much has an all-star cast (Molly Ringwald, Lauren Grahm, Jenna Elfman, Heather Matarazzo, Eric McCormick). I watched it on Yahoo, and it is hilarious! They only produced 15 episodes, and only aired 10. It aired on ABC, and it's ratings was 63. That's pretty good, I think. They really tried to get the whole "Friends" set in a small town thing going, but things never really clicked. Molly Ringwald looked kinda uncomfortable doing comedy. I do remember that Jenna Elfman's character was very "loose" and there were often jokes about her promiscuity.
