I got my dinner last night at Pizza hut free.......

I didnt know but when I went to pay,the waitress said someone paid for me!!

They also ordered me a personal pan pizza! (Pepperoni)

So I got my mac salad,Pepsi and pizza free.... Thats the 2nd time at that pizza hut someone has gifted me my meal....... I wonder if it was the same person??

My gf buys me stuff often, a burger or chili and she also buys me a shirt but she has bought me a doormat some time ago and it's worn down as I don't want thick mats for my door area, so she has a new mat for me when she comes over tomorrow.

She also picks oranges from another friend's tree and brings some bags of oranges to me an my good friend here in the bldg....she is rare and quite kind, and she has some joint issues too but she is also 10 yrs younger... I accept all gifts with gratitude...

A similar situation happened to me at Jersey Mikes a couple weeks ago. I arrived at the time when my order was supposed to be ready but it wasn’t so they gave me a free soda.

I helped her put everything back and she insisted I take something. I got these Japanese paper earrings and I'm going to hold on to it as a gift for someone.

This happened to me once in a Starbuck's car line and another time in a restaurant earlier this year when I went to pay my check, it had already been paid for. I got a free breakfast that day, from an anonymous generous stranger.

I've never done that in a sit down restaurant, but if I'm on line in a deli or similar and I see someone with a military baseball cap on with the unit they served in (usually a black Navy cap with their ship), I'll pay for them and try to run out before they get to the register and make a big thing out of it. I offer to do it for cops at my local bagel place early in the morning but they never accept.

Last Saturday, the wife and I were in a local tavern waiting for a takeout order, there was a group of people there celebrating a recent marriage engagement, the father of the bride to be asked my wife and I how long we'd been together, we told him we had recently celebrated our 28th year, so he paid for our orders.

I'm a coin nerd and watch a youtube coin unrolling livestream. Every stream there is a free giveaway. There was a 3 week hiatus when the guys when on vacation. So the night before they had a bigger than normal giveaway and I won. My package just arrived, 2 gorgeous walking liberties, a 40% Kennedy half and a war nickel. I'm so excited.

I was smoking a cigar while walking through Midtown Manhattan and I hear some man calling me, "Whoa, buddy, whoa... come over here!"

I had no idea who he was, but it was former MLB player Luis Polonia, who has his own cigars. He called me over to give me one of his cigs and I went to offer him one of mine and he said, "No, but thanks, I only smoke my own!"
