…after being lost for 50 years.
The Jackie Gleason Show episode that had the 1954 version of “Love Letter” aired on TV Land and I recorded it (and still have it) but the airing was edited (but not the sketch.)
The non-Honeymooners related footage has not aired on streaming services and is not on DVD but the sketch was released in 2011 by MPI when they released as the Honeymooners Lost Episode DVD Box set which also had several sketches that were back then recently found.
But the 1954 version of Love Letter being found actually made the mainstream news (newspapers etc.)
Now I know the chances of the other Lost episodes being found are almost zilch and if they do, their won’t be any media frenzy.
