Celtics all the way! I think that Memphis, Cleveland, Atlanta, LA Clippers, and the Bulls are better. I think that Detroit, Milwaukee, and Seattle are worse.

What happened last season (the Bucks dissapointing ending to what should have been a good season) was a vast combination of occurences -- injuries and the worst officiating you will ever see was a large reason. This year will be different. I guarantee the Bucks will win at least 46 games this season and have homecourt advantage in the playoffs this season.

Well you live in Milwaukee so you may see things differently, but I think the loss of Glenn Robinson is really gonna hurt them.

The absence of Glenn Robinson will definitely hurt the bucks and I know that because the bucks were hurting when he was on the team. So i know the Bucks will defintely be nothing this season.

Chicago has Jay Williams, they indeed will be better this season. Wizards may have lost Hamilton, but they gained a lot, Stackhouse, Russell, and Oakley. And Michael Jordan will be back for the regular season, and do not forget how well they did when Jordan was in the line-up last year. My pick for the east are the Nets by far, but Washington, Boston, and the Pistons (they are still good, they have Hamilton, and the same line-up of last year minus Stackhouse, so SOLOMON I disagree with you, Pistons will still be good. Swimfan's picks are very good, yours I think are not, Orlando will not be good I think, Grant Hill will find a way to get injured.

In the west, god I hope the Lakers choke, Blazers all the way!

When NBA VGM starts, I challenge all of you, I will make a sitcomsonline group and we will make our line-up picks everyday, no one can stop me ;)

I'm not a sixers fan but as long as the sixers have iverson they will always be in the thick of things. Far as washington, jordan is old, oakley is old, russell is old, and stackhouse is not a good jump shooter-only a slasher-Chicago-too many inexperinced players

Look i don't want to hear nothing about the Celtics because that is the same team who had a 2-1 lead inte eastern conference finals after coming back from 26 points down and instead of going up 3-1-they come back after that game and lose the next three to lose the series 4-2. I'm done with the celtics.

1] If you're going to give me crap about the Celtics, at least use proper English.

2] Well...I personally don't care what you want to hear or not. I stated my opinion on who I thought would go all the way this year. I didn't say "The Celtics" just because I am a Celtics fan, I said them because I think this year they will try harder. Last year they SAW how far they could go, but this year they will FEEL how far they can go, and maybe they will just win it all.

Even though I agree with you SOLOMON, why don't you join the NBA VGM group, let's see how well you REALLY know about the NBA. Everyone is welcome on this board, please join, I played it all last year and had a ball (mainly because I was #1 in my group).
It is totally free, you pick your line-up for each day.

Info below:

Come on NBA fans, everyone one of you who likes the NBA, please join this group.
http://games.espn.go.com/vgm/frontpage -- go there to register.
After you did that, join the Sitcoms Online group:
http://games.espn.go.com/vgm/group?...13&groupID=7105

The season is almost here...October 29th. In NBA VGM, you pick the best possible line-up, and whoever has the most points wins for the day, but the main thing is who wins at the end of the season. Anyone challenging me? I am unstoppable, I was #1 in my group of 50 last year, I was in a Blazers group with 50 users. So join now gang

True, I live near the Milwaukee area, but that means I may know a little more in-depth-wise about the Bucks than someone that does not. Same as someone from New Jersey would know more about the Nets than someone else from Salt Lake City, for example. Yeah, the Bucks were hurting last season, but like I say, they'll surprise you. :happyface :happyface :happyface
