In this video, I review the new HULU Family Guy Halloween special titled, Peter, Peter, Pumpkin Cheater. In this season 23 premiere of Family Guy, I find out it it's a new golden age, or another flop.

I saw it and it was okay. Bringing Stewie to life was the best plot and should have been the main story. It should have been a Chucky spoof. As for the pumpkin plot, there should have been references to It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. Overall, this gets a 2.
