If you grew up in the 60's you probably used Hidden Magic Hairspray. In the 1960's to help market the hairspray Hidden Magic introduced Wanda The Witch who was similar to The Wizard Of Oz's Glinda The Good Witch who helped women tackle haircare problems with the help of Hidden Magic Hairspray. Wanda was seen in the Hidden Magic Hairspray commercials until the 70's. And Hidden Magic Hairspray itself is no longer on the market. I don't know the actress who played Wanda The Witch in this commercial but she is very good in the role
